2. Where do you usually spend Christmas day?

I usually go to the movies. This year I will be going to see Fences with Denzel Washington

This year my favorite song is I want to come home for Christmas by Marvin Gaye

4. What Holiday traditions are you looking forward to most this year?

Decorating the tree and listening to Christmas music

Fake

No, I wait until Christmas morning

7. What makes the holiday special for you?

My daughter and Hallmark Christmas movies

8. Where would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season?

Hawaii

Blogmas 2016 Day 7

 

Hi My Beauties

I want to talk about giving back during the Christmas season.

I will be giving back to a toy drive my daughter’s Cosplay Philly organization is having. The toy drive is for children ages 5 to 11. I’m very excited to be able to help out a few kids.

Another organization I gave to was Convoy of hope via Dancember which was started by youtubers Judy & Benji a couple of years ago.  Donations help to feed children all around the world.

It always feels better to give than receive and it will definitely help you get into the Christmas spirit.

Blogmas 2016 Day 6

Hi My Beauties

Lets talk about how to get into the Christmas spirit by staying upbeat and positive.

First thing you can do is put on your favorite Christmas carols, pour yourself a nice glass of wine/beer and start putting up your decorations.  Next thing you can do is bake christmas cookies, fix your favorite meal or invite friends over for cocktails.

You can drive around your neighborhood searching for the best Christmas lights or stay inside watching your favorite Christmas movies.  You can volunteer at a homeless shelter or give to a toy drive.

Whatever you choose to do make sure you’re doing it with a smile and remember… Happiness is a choice, so choose to be happy.

Hi, My Beauties

I would like to talk about what Christmas means to me. It feels a little bit different than last year.

This year I’m living in the moment, excited about decorating the tree, listening to Xmas songs, shopping and cooking. I still love watching Hallmark Christmas movies and spending time with family & friends.

Christmas this year is all about making happy memories, enjoying life and being grateful for what I have.

This Christmas is going to be great because I believe it will be. Happiness is a choice and I choose to be happy.
