Twinkle VoxBox! Unboxing and Review

Check out my daughter’s blog…Unboxing Twinkle VoxBox

Love, Siddbabii

Happy 2017!! It’s been awhile since I’ve created a new post, but the time I’ve taken off has allowed me to expand upon ideas for Love, Siddbabii. I’m excited for what’s to come. Stick with me 🙂

Allow me to share with you my Twinkle VoxBox from Influenster. This is the third box I’ve received from Influenster, each differing greatly from the others. My first was the Goddess VoxBox (probably my favorite because I’m such a girly girl) had all feminie products for the body and clothing, while the next was the NestleSplashofFun VoxBox, centered around Nestle flavored water and beach products. The Twinkle VoxBox is the most unique so far.

Disclaimer: I received these products complimentary for my honest review.

At first, it appears to be a hodge podge of items that don’t seem to relate, but rummage through again and you’ll see it’s…

Fence

Love, Siddbabii

I decided to do a Daily Prompt.

Fence. I found it a coincidence that fence is the daily prompt. Because I was just feeling as if I have a fence around me. Practicing stress lessening techniques while trying to figure out how to work around, over, and even through the fence. How do I play pretty in a fence, when I don’t want to be in one?

Reminder. No one can put you in this type of fence. You allow others to fence you in. You sometime create the fence for yourself because you’re afraid to stir their pot. After reminding myself of these things, I don’t feel the fence anymore. At least for awhile. Daily practice and reminders will help it go away forever, but until that time, I must avoid allowing these fences instead of trying to push through them.

Fence.

Here’s to more provoking prompts in the…

My (Random) Trip to Philadelphia Museum of Art

Please check out my daughter’s blog and her visit to the Philadelphia Art Museum.

Thanks My Beauties

Love, Siddbabii

Hello guys! =)

A trip to any museum in my city is normal for me, especially the Art Museum. I also normally take pictures of whatever catches my eye. This time around I wanted to share it with you.

giphy.gifPhiladelphia, my city.

While enjoying the city with my boyfriend one weeknight, I knew I wanted to check out the Art Museum, a little for inspiration but mostly to hit up another area in the museum I haven’t seen. I vaguely remember visiting the contemporary wing of the museum, but we perused around other areas I’m sure. Amongst those, I found a bunch of painting by Monet. As an art student, of course, Monet is a name that is commonly heard, but could I put a painting to the name before that night?…probably not. His paintings were so beautiful, colorful. The overall feel of each painting was light and peaceful with a…

Once Every Seven: 1.29.16

Hi My Beauties

Please check out my daughter’ blog and like /follow.

See you next week!

Love, Siddbabii

Hey guys…=)

Welcome to another week of Once Every Seven.

As to be expected, there aren’t really many changes from last week. I’ve been saying..”oh my, this is my last down week.” Even with knowing that, I still have to tell myself to keep my head up and stay energized. It’s so hard! But it’s necessary because there is no room for laziness when life starts to pick up.

I can say a recurring theme for this week was lots of plans falling through. I’m pretty sure the only thing that went as planned this week was a meetup with friends for a cool community that I started almost 2 years ago. And while that was the overall theme, I think the overall mood was fairly neutral from a combo of cabin fever, trying to stay motivated for my online classes, and job-hunting. However, I still have some highlights and…

Follow Your Own Line: My Point Break Obsession

I really enjoyed this piece my daughter wrote…Check it out

Love, Siddbabii

I happen to see the remake of Point Break on the 30th of December…

I really don’t know how to explain what I feel about this movie, but I really liked it, probably more than that. Seeing the trailer didn’t give me much interest, but then I saw an extended trailer and decided I might as well check it out. I was in the mood to see some amazing stunts and cinematography without having to care much about the plot. I should say I ended up loving the plot.

Many reviewers commented on the actors’ performances and the plot holes, but I care nothing about that. I loved how these characters, badly written or not, fricking went hard for what they believed in and didn’t let fear (nor death) stop them from “following their own line.” If their line led them to death, for them they were fine with it…
